Your satisfaction is our priority at View Touch. We want you to be completely happy with your home décor purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may initiate a return based on the policy below.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item (for online orders) or the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must present the original receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, security, or product specific reasons, certain items are exempt from being returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or used.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer.

4. How to Initiate a Return

A. For Online Purchases (view-touch.com)

  1. Contact Us: Within the 7-day window, email our Customer Service team at viewtouch54@gmail.com or call us at 0323-5444454

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customer Change of Mind: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • Faulty/Damaged Item: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (our error), View Touch will arrange and cover the return shipping cost.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the item at our warehouse and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

B. For In-Store Purchases (Lahore Outlets)

You may bring the eligible item(s) to either of our Lahore outlets within the 7-day window:

  • Outlet 1: Shop No. 14-G, Fareed Plaza, Shadman Market, Lahore

  • Outlet 2: 22-G, Fareed Plaza, Shadman Market, Lahore

Please ensure you bring the original purchase receipt for immediate processing.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, or cash for in-store purchases).

  • Refunds typically take [X working days, e.g., 5-10 working days] to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policy.

Exchanges

  • We are happy to offer an exchange for an item of equal or greater value (with payment of the difference) within the 7-day period, subject to stock availability and return eligibility.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).

  2. Provide clear photos of the damage/defect and the original packaging.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
