Return & Refund Policy – View Touch

(Advance Payment Orders Only)

At View Touch, all orders are processed on a 100% advance payment basis. We are committed to delivering high-quality home décor products and ensuring transparency in our policies. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Advance Payment Policy

  • All purchases require full advance payment before order confirmation and dispatch.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Orders without confirmed payment will not be processed.


2. 7-Day Return / Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days:

  • From the date of delivery for online orders

  • From the date of purchase for in-store orders


3. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged

  • Be returned in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Items failing inspection will not be accepted.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or used

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer


5. How to Request a Return

A. Online Orders (view-touch.com)

To initiate a return within 7 days:

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return


B. In-Store Purchases (Lahore Outlets)

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days at:

  • Shop No. 14-G, Fareed Plaza, Shadman Market, Lahore

  • 22-G, Fareed Plaza, Shadman Market, Lahore

Original receipt is mandatory.


6. Return Shipping Terms

  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Wrong Item Sent (Our Error): View Touch will arrange return shipping

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.


7. Shipping Damage Disclaimer (Returned Items Only)

In case a customer returns a product, View Touch is not responsible for any damage or breakage that occurs during return shipping.

Once the item is handed over to the courier by the customer, responsibility for safe transit lies with the customer and the courier service. Any item received in a broken, damaged, or altered condition during the return process will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Customers are strongly advised to use secure and protective packaging when returning items.


8. Refund Policy (Advance Payments)

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider


9. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days

  • Item must be of equal or higher value (price difference payable in advance)

  • Subject to stock availability


10. Damaged or Incorrect Items (At Delivery)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the item and original packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
